We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Mid-Level Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and addressing security risks, ensuring that business operations remain uninterrupted, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk assessments, business continuity planning, and a strong understanding of key cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to safeguard the organization from cyber threats and disruptions.
  • Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to determine the potential effects of security breaches on business operations and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Perform detailed assessments to ensure the organization’s security posture aligns with legal and industry-specific regulations.
  • Assist in crafting and enforcing security policies and procedures to align with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the highest cybersecurity standards are met across all departments.
  • Ensure compliance with prominent cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, such as:
    • ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System)
    • NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)
    • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
    • PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
    • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
  • Work closely with the security team to address and resolve security issues discovered during penetration testing.
  • Monitor system vulnerabilities continuously and provide suggestions for improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Cyber Security or Risk Management.
  • Expertise in risk assessment and business Impact analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.
  • Knowledge of network security, encryption, and incident response procedures.
  • Experience with penetration testing and vulnerability assessments is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in both Greek and English (written and verbal communication).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), are a plus.
