We are looking for a Deputy Service Delivery Manager Penetration Testing and Adversary Emulation on behalf of an International Institution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of the penetration testing and adversary emulation service
- Coordinate with Customer and resource managers to schedule and plan penetration testing engagements
- Ensure that all penetration testing engagements are carried out in accordance with industry best practices
- Identify areas for improvement in the penetration testing and adversary emulation service and implement solutions to address these areas
- Provide regular reports to management on the status and progress of penetration testing engagements
- Define and follow Key Performance Indicator for the service
- Ensure the provision of software Licences and hardware to the penetration testing and adversary emulation resources as needed to run the service
Expected outcomes
- Scheduled and planned penetration testing engagements with customers and resource managers
- High-quality reports on the results of penetration testing engagements
- Recommendations for improvements to the penetration testing and adversary emulation service
Performance Standards
- Timely delivery of the reports and briefs
- The section head and/or the Senior Service Delivery Manager Penetration testing and Adversary Emulation will regularly assess quality of the deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Cyber Security related post as a Security Engineer or similar position, or a Secondary education and completed advanced vocational education (leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation) with 5 years post-related experience
- Active Security clearance is mandatory.
- Experience in Service Delivery Management
- Experience in penetration testing and/or adversary emulation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with good briefing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Belgium.
