We are looking for a talented IT Operator to join our team of IT professionals on behalf of one of our big clients in IT sector.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor system stability 24×7 to prevent system downtime
• Detect problems in system operations
• Answer telephone calls and / or emails from clients reporting problems in system operations
• Assist in the recovery activities necessary to restore normal system operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,  or a closely related field
• At least 2 years of work experience (in any field)
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Communication & Time Management Skills
• Analytical thinking & Problem-Solving Attitude
• Open to learn
• Ability to work in shifts
• Military service obligations fulfilled
