We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician, to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients.

The position involves replacing desktop systems with laptops, managing various IT tasks, and ensuring smooth network and application support for our client’s organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replace desktop systems with laptops as part of the IT upgrade project.
  • Manage Access Control systems, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
  • Oversee DNS and IP management, maintaining seamless network functionality.
  • Act as a Network Administrator, handling configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Provide application support and administration for critical business software.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT support and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware (RAM, hard drives, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with IT environments, including network administration and system troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Access Management.
  • Experience with DNS/IP Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently as needed.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Completion of military obligations if applicable.
