We are currently looking for a talented M365 Expert/System Admin on behalf of a major European institution.

Location: Luxembourg (hybrid)

Language: English

The candidate shall carry out the following tasks:

  • Help to drive the adoption of M365 based modern workplace technologies
  • Implement solutions within M365 services, maintain up to date Windows application control, implement security recommendation, windows updates, etc.
  • Management of Endpoints using Intune hands-on support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze information, define and prioritize requirements and evaluate potential solutions
  • Provide expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in your area of expertise
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards for endpoints
  • Comply with the Agile methodology in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the Institution’s M365 tenant

Knowledge and skills:

  • Previous experience in at least one of the following areas:
  1. Mobile Device and Workplace Management, including some or all of: Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, patching, Power Shell, packaging, PKI, Azure Security Centre, XDR solution, etc.
  2. In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in M365 (administration, configuration, design, deployment)
  3. Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
  4. Ability to participate meetings, very good communication skills (English)
  5. Collaborative and proactive approach with hands-on attitude
  6. Ability to make recommendations and give advice about best practices

Advantageous:

  • General knowledge of networking and ICT infrastructure and systems
  • System engineer expertise with knowledge of on-premise AD, Exchange server and/or hybrid environment
  • User Identity Management, including some or all of: Azure Active Directory, Licenses Management, User Authentication, Access Policies, Identity Protection, etc.
  • Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
  • Certifications in related field
  • Collaboration and Communication, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams Office 365, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s level or three years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience
  • Five or more years of professional experience with relevance to the tasks described above. 6
  • Language skills English – proficient communication skills, orally and in writing
