We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Consultant with 8–10 years of expertise to support a leading automotive sector client in Sweden. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all plant maintenance activities are efficiently managed and executed within SAP PM. This includes system configuration, implementation, maintenance planning and scheduling, work order management, equipment management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance implementations and support/operations projects.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are effectively executed using SAP PM.
- Configure and implement SAP PM functionalities, including preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment & asset management, and work order processing.
- Facilitate SAP PM integration with other modules like SAP MM, FI, PP, etc.
- Resolve priority tickets within SLA, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Identify and mitigate risks/issues, highlighting them to Scrum Masters/RTEs.
- Develop functional design documents for WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Conduct workshops for system upgrades and small-scale projects.
- Prepare unit test scripts, test data, and oversee functional testing.
- Develop training materials, user manuals, and conduct end-user training.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Identify system gaps, issues, and propose workarounds or enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, providing troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Manage high-priority change requests and emergency transports.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Provide consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects.
- Support Agile methodology and ways of working.

- Strong attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to evolving requirements.
