We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Solutions Architect on behalf of a major European Union Agency.

Location: Athens, Greece

Mode: Hybrid (mainly on premise)

Seniority: Mid-Senior

Requirements:

• Strong ability to handle stakeholders and drive discussions towards solutions is a must
• Must be senior enough to understand complex architectural systems, preferably to have hands-on experience with such systems although this may not be a deal-breaker
• Must know UML
• Must be able to write technical documentation depicting architectural systems
• Experienced with the design and solutioning of large-scale systems
• Familiar with architectural notions, approaches and patterns
• Familiar with event-driven and event-sourcing techniques
• Familiar with TOGAF – not required to be certified, if yes it would be a plus
• Sparx Enterprise Architecture is a big plus to have
• Preferably coming from the Java world of technologies
• Be time-framed, focused and able to deliver under tight deadlines

Caution: The position does not foresee any hands-on work, it is purely architectural work – to suggest solutions and depict them in documents.
