We are looking for a Business Processes Support Officer to join our team on behalf of our major client based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The Business Processes Support Officer is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and optimization of business processes within the Bank. This role involves assisting in process documentation, analysis and improvement initiatives, as well as testing delivered solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

 

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process Documentation: Assist in the documentation of business processes, workflows, and procedures.
  • Solution Testing: Perform testing of delivered solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and specifications. Document and report any issues or discrepancies found during testing.
  • Support Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new processes and solutions. Provide support to staff during transitions and ensure proper understanding and adoption of new procedures.
  • Data Collection: Collect and analyze data related to business processes to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems. Serve as a point of contact for process-related queries and issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience: Work experience of 2-3 years in business process support, process improvement, as well as solution testing is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Basic understanding of business process management and improvement.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and testing.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
