We are currently looking for a talented IT Project Manager on behalf of one of our major clients in the Banking/Finance sector.

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex IT projects and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. As a key player, you will oversee various technical projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.

Responsibilities:

• Daily standups with project teams when in execution phase
• Setup required meetings with different IT teams for status update on each project, on SITs, Functional Tests, UAT bug fixing
• Participate in meetings with external vendors (if this is the case) for their status and progress
• Update project plans
• Prepare weekly status updates for the projects and inform project stakeholders
• Prepare weekly senior management update (ppt)
• Update project log and project artifacts (issues, risks, decisions, mitigation actions)

Skills:

• PM Experience in IT projects
• MS Project and Project Web App
• PowerBI
• Good Organizational skills
• Ability to transmit information to both C-Levels and Project Teams
• Ideally 3 years of experience with Loans or Banking
• Good Planning and Reporting skills
