We are seeking a Senior Sitecore Engineer with a strong background in leading development teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Sitecore and .NET/C# technologies, along with experience in cloud platforms and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Design, develop, and implement Sitecore solutions that align with client requirements.
• Utilize Sitecore Helix, SXA, JSS, and headless architecture to create scalable applications.
• Implement cloud platform best practices, primarily in Azure, and establish CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliver impactful results.
• Mentor junior developers, promoting code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for an enhanced user experience.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Sitecore and .NET/C# technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore Helix, SXA, JSS, and headless architecture.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
• Proven leadership skills in managing development teams and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and ensure code quality and best practices.
