We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients industrial machinery manufacturing sector.

As a Business Analyst for this role, you will support the design and development of custom applications requiring system integration with Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint. You will collaborate closely with the development team and stakeholders to ensure that business requirements align with technical solutions and that projects are implemented and delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements from HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Define business workflows for custom applications, including integration with ServiceNow, SharePoint, and project management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and team members to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Ensure that the application’s business logic is designed to be configurable to support evolving requirements without needing code changes.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
• Provide documentation and training to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of the applications.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure successful integration with Microsoft Planner for task management, Microsoft Project for tracking project progress, and SharePoint for document management.
• Conduct internal testing and write use/test cases to validate requirements before UAT approval.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT or HR-related projects.
• Strong experience with enterprise system integrations, including Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct internal testing, develop use/test cases, and validate requirements before UAT approval.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of onboarding processes, ticketing systems, and SharePoint integration.
• Experience using Syncfusion or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with project tracking using Microsoft Planner and Project.
