We are currently looking for a skilled Project Manager on behalf of a major organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex projects, including the initial phases such as Invitation for Bids (IFB) and Price Proposals, planning, cost estimation, and implementation.
• Oversee project scope, time, cost, and quality in all facets of the assigned project(s).
• Collaborate with the customer to manage requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
• Lead and motivate project team(s) through clear guidance, task delegation, and project oversight.
• Apply standard project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2) to change control, risk, and issue management.
• Develop and maintain project plans using ServiceNow, in compliance with NATO CIS Directives and project management best practices.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet project milestones, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
• Utilize Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) to track project financial status and execute duties related to NATO CIS-defined Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Sustain effective communications with internal and external stakeholders, including top management, through briefings and meetings.
• Represent the agency in NATO committees, steering groups, and boards as required.
• Provide inputs to various agency reports and maintain alignment with NATO CIS system integrity.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Recognized project management certification (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, PMI) and extensive experience (8+ years) in managing large-scale communication or command and control/management information systems projects.
• Proficiency in multi-discipline engineering and management techniques for complex systems acquisition.

Desirable Experience:

• Expertise in project planning tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Service management qualification (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure projects (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and transitioning projects to operational services.
• Agile Project Management certification (e.g., Agile PM, Scrum).

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in IT project implementation (small, medium, and large-scale).
• Strong leadership in managing project boards and customer relationships.
• Proficiency in supplier and contract management, procurement, and logistics.
• Experience in managing international, military, and civilian project environments.

Language:

• Fluency in English is essential.

Certifications:

• Project management certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMI).
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret

Additional Information:

• Occasional participation in training and deputizing for higher staff may be required.
• On-call availability as needed.
