We are looking for an Operational Monitoring Support professional with German language skills to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and implementing requirements from feature teams to enhance monitoring capabilities.
• Daily monitoring of production systems to ensure seamless operation.
• Development, maintenance, and customization of dashboards.
• Create and customize panels and visualizations to display key metrics and KPIs.
• Coordination of incident management, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Leverage logging tools and monitoring systems to optimize system health and performance.
• Conduct log analysis and automation to streamline monitoring and reporting.
• Integrate and configure data sources to ensure accurate data flow and visibility.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in operational monitoring Grafana.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, PromQL, Kibana, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and logging tools.
• Knowledge of integrating and configuring various data sources.
• German language proficiency is required.
