We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the banking industry.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams in order to ensure that projects and initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with customer stakeholders. Engage with the appropriate team members to ensure technical feasibility and efficiency of proposed functionalities.
• Translate stakeholders’ requirements into concrete deliverables such as use cases and functional specifications.
• Identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in planning meetings, offering clarifications and setting priorities as required.
• Attend daily alignment meetings with the team to ensure that delivered features align with specified requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings with the implementation team to estimate forthcoming scope.
• Provide support in creating and updating documentation as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking industry.
• Proven experience in Deposit products will be considered a strong asset.
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is considered a plus.
• Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) will be considered a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability.
• Completion of military obligations if applicable.
