We are seeking a Mid to Senior Test Automation Designer to coordinate and monitor test cycles for IT projects for one of our major clients in the Banking sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience in test scenario design, automation, and defect management while collaborating with software development and quality assurance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute Test Scenarios based on project requirements.
  • Review Requirements and Functional Application Design to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Maintain and update the Test Scenario Database.
  • Support and participate in test execution during different testing phases.
  • Develop and maintain Test Automation Scripts based on project needs.
  • Monitor and manage test environments, including program and data transfers.
  • Track and report defects, issues, and system incident reports (SIRs) to development teams.
  • Collaborate with Software Quality Management to ensure compliance with testing KPIs and schedules.
  • Work closely with the Test Center Coordinator to maintain UAT infrastructure.
  • Maintain and report on KPIs related to Testing Factory operations.

Requirements:

Professional Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Test Management Tools (Mercury, ALMComplete, JIRA).
  • Experience in Test Process Specification Design.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • Understanding of Information Systems Design, Networking, and Security.
  • Knowledge of Databases and Test Automation Systems.
  • Excellent command of the English language.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or testing.
  • Hands-on experience in business functionality testing.
  • Proficiency in test management tools and automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, software testing standards, and operating systems.
  • Practical experience with Test Automation Tools.
