We are currently looking for a talented IT Project Manager for one of our major clients in the Banking sector.

Job Profile: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mid-Senior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that are aligned with our strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors, to define project requirements, goals, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring clear communication and expectations are set at every stage.
• Identify project risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation plans and resolving roadblocks as they arise.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams, guiding and motivating team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, particularly those specific to the banking and financial services industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of proven experience in IT project management, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of banking systems, financial applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and relevant project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and security standards in the banking industry (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, cloud computing, or fintech technologies.
• Familiarity with banking software solutions and integrations (core banking systems, payment processing, etc.).
