Are you ready to support users and improve their experience with IT systems?

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused IT Support Consultant to join our team and support a governmental project in Nicosia, Cyprus.

What You’ll Do:
🧩 First-Level Support: Be the first point of contact for user questions and technical issues.
🛠️ Minor Changes: Make small adjustments to applications when needed.
👥 User Management: Add and manage user accounts within the system.
📈 Escalation: Forward more complex issues to second-level support or solution vendors.
💬 Client Communication: Speak directly with users to understand their needs and offer clear solutions.
📄 Documentation: Keep accurate records of problems and their solutions.
🎓 Learning: Participate in training sessions to better understand the application.
🤝 Teamwork: Collaborate with IT team members to improve the application and user satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education:

• Diploma (2 years)
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Graduates from a Technical & Vocational School in Electrical/Electronic Applications

🧰 Knowledge of software troubleshooting
💬 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
🔍 Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy & quality
🔄 Flexible & adaptable in fast-paced settings
🗂️ Strong organizational & time management skills
📚 Willingness to learn
🧠 Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
🤝 Able to work independently & in a team
🗣️ Fluent in Greek & English
🪖 Military obligations fulfilled
