On behalf of one of our largest and long-term clients in the Technology Sector, we are looking for a QA (Quality Assurance) Tester to join their growing IT team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Purpose of the Position:

To support the testing and quality assurance of software applications, ensuring accuracy, reliability and compliance with business requirements. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals who want to develop their career in Quality Assurance and Testing.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality.
• Identify, document and report bugs and issues.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in test planning, design and review sessions.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, test plans, test scripts).
• Support regression testing, integration testing and system testing activities.
• Ensure that all testing activities comply with company standards and project requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (mandatory).

💼 Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance (internships or academic projects also considered).

💻 Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Knowledge of test case creation and execution.
• Understanding databases and SQL queries is a plus.

💬 Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA field.

🗣️ Languages

• Fluency in Greek & English is required.

What You’ll Get:
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00.
