We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for one of our largest clients in the Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, driving requirement analysis, documentation, and system design for large-scale international projects.

This position offers full remote way of working, as well as the ability to work effectively in multicultural and multi-disciplinary environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.

• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and lead focus groups to define functional and non-functional requirements.

• Produce high-quality documentation, including user stories, UML diagrams, process flows, and report mock-ups.

• Support the technical design phase by translating business needs into structured, actionable deliverables.

• Collaborate with IT and project management teams throughout the full system development lifecycle.

• Participate in change management and project governance processes (Prince2, PMI, Agile frameworks).

• Ensure project alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards in the healthcare domain.

• Communicate effectively across international teams operating in different time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong business/client engagement and relationship-building skills.

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst delivering successful IT or business transformation projects.

• Proven experience working on medium to large-scale, cross-functional systems in an international or global environment.

• Hands-on experience within a structured project management framework (Prince2 or PMI) collaborating closely with IT teams.

• Proficiency in creating user stories, UML diagrams, wireframes, and visual documentation to support design validation.

• Familiarity with IT project management, change management, and SDLC processes.

• Highly organized and efficient under pressure, with a proactive and flexible mindset.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and Design Thinking.

• Experience with UN, international, or multinational organizations will be a strong plus.

Education and Certifications

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Desirable:

• Professional qualification or foundation certification in analysis methodologies (IIBA-CCBA/CBAP or PMI-PBA).

• Advanced degree in Data Management, Business Administration, or similar discipline.

Language Skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential.

• Knowledge of another WHO language (French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian) – desirable but not mandatory.
