We are looking for talented BPM Developer to join our team of IT professionals on behalf of one of our major clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of BPM and workflow related projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of methodologies and best practice approach for the overall BPM development.
• Responsible for process design, development and improvement.
• Prepares requirement definitions, design and technical specifications.
• Analyzes user requirements and defines technical project scope and assumptions for assigned tasks.
• Translates detailed requirements into functional system designs.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience in the field.
• BPM certification (IBM BPM certification will be considered a plus).
• Practical knowledge of data structures.
• Understanding of SQL syntax.
• Working experience with XML, XSLT, HTML and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of web services.
• Experience with modern programming techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Great team player with the ability to work effectively with all team members in an agile environment.
• Excellent command of English language (CPE/Proficiency will be considered a plus).
