We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team of IT professionals on behalf of one of our major clients in the IT sector, located in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
- Attending client workshops to gather and analyze new requirements.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to be presented to client stakeholders.
- Gather and clarify requirements from the client business users and effectively communicate them to the development and testing teams for follow-up and delivery.
- Ensure close collaboration with the Project Manager and technical teams.
- Participate in sprint planning activities and monitor the progress of deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage the product backlog, perform data analysis for assignment and prioritization.
- Identify change requests from user stories (tickets) and participate in the client change management process.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting product-related data and figures.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology.
- Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Preferably experienced with in the financial or technology industry (banks, insurance, financial institutions).
- Experience working in Agile Methodology.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
