What You’ll Do:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the vital link between business goals and technical solutions. Your mission? Ensure smooth implementation and optimization of CRM platforms and core systems by turning stakeholder needs into clear, actionable insights.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements with stakeholders.
- Creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Designing and overseeing data migration from legacy systems.
- Developing procedures for data cleansing and migration.
- Collaborating with developers and technical teams to bring requirements to life.
- Validating new features and systems through testing and stakeholder feedback.
- Keeping everyone informed with regular updates on project timelines.
- Preparing user manuals and conducting hands-on training for new systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in a Business Analyst role within IT or digital transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in CRM system implementation is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in creating use cases, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
