We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and drive the alignment of business goals with cutting-edge financial solutions. This role offers a flexible working environment and focuses on the integration, optimization, and management of both loan systems and Banking Payment Instrument products, with a strong emphasis on delivering seamless digital payment experiences and ensuring system efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage actively with business stakeholders to effectively gather and document detailed business requirements related to Co-Financing Loans, Tiresias, and loan delays.
  • Business Requirement Documentation: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with customer stakeholders.
  •  Analyze lending data to uncover insights related to loan performance, delays, and customer behavior, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Technical Communication: Communicate with technical teams to assess the feasibility and efficiency of proposed functionalities related to digital payment systems and credit card transaction management.
  • Functional Design & Test Cases: Document the functional design of the system, providing clear and comprehensive guidance for implementation and future needs. Craft detailed scenarios and user test cases to rigorously assess system functionality.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements within lending operations to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Risk Management: Work with the implementation team to identify potential risks related to payment fraud, data security, and banking system integrity, ensuring that all solutions adhere to industry security standards.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies that may drive organizational growth and excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment in project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably within Banking industry.
  • Experience in Banking Payment Instrument products such as Cards, POS will be a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Lending Products like Co-Financing Loans, Tiresias, and Loans Delays is considered a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and cooperative attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and technical teams.
