We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI professional to support the design, development, and delivery of business-critical solutions. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, adherence to DevOps and agile practices, and ensuring high-quality, compliant technical outcomes across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain a robust development environment.
• Plan, manage, track, and report on development activities using DevOps tools, including pipelines, boards, user stories, and artifacts.
• Configure and manage user roles, permissions, and policies across Microsoft platforms.
• Facilitate and participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to best practices for iterative delivery.
• Produce detailed functional and technical design documentation.
• Design, build, and configure technical solutions, including data migration activities.
• Develop and maintain source code, scripts, and deployment procedures supporting business processes.
• Package and deliver work items across development, testing, and acceptance environments.
• Perform unit testing, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating deliverables.
• Deploy solutions to target environments and provide post-release support and maintenance.
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all initiatives.
• Ensure UI/UX consistency with organizational branding and design standards.
• Align data sets with defined taxonomy and reporting structures.
• Enhance existing and develop new Power BI reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Provide strategic guidance on Power BI platform architecture, security, accessibility, governance, and monitoring.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and support the ongoing implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong expertise in Power BI report development, data modeling, and platform administration.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions, including data migration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage incidents and change requests effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Professional proficiency in the English language.
