We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our IT Strategy team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and strategic alignment of our enterprise architecture landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding architecture decisions and supporting initiatives that shape the future of our IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of enterprise architecture information across systems and documentation.
• Continuously update and maintain architectural data in LeanIX, including Domains, Business Capabilities, Applications, Interfaces, and related components.
• Monitor and evaluate projects and initiatives that impact the enterprise architecture, documenting and tracking them accordingly.
• Participate in the assessment of High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) for new or modified systems to ensure compliance with architecture standards.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and IT Operations teams to align architectural decisions with overall IT strategy and business goals.
• Conduct impact analyses and identify architectural changes required due to evolving business strategies or new technologies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Solution Architects and Technical Leads across the organization.
• Contribute to the design and communication of end-to-end architectures covering business, application, data, and technology layers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture tools, ideally LeanIX.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and modeling languages like ArchiMate.
• Ability to interpret and evaluate HLD and LLD documentation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in designing end-to-end enterprise architectures across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex architectural issues and make strategic decisions.
