Ready to work on a large-scale banking project related to loan services?

On behalf of one of our largest and long-term clients in the technology sector, with a proven track record in delivering complex technology projects for major organizations in the banking & insurance sectors, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and help deliver impactful solutions! 🧠

What You’ll Do:

📋 Gather and analyze business requirements.

📝 Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for key stakeholders.

🔁 Translate client needs into clear tasks for developers and testers.

🤝 Work closely with Project Managers and technical teams.

📅 Participate in sprint planning and follow up on deliverables.

📌 Manage the product backlog & prioritize based on business value.

🔄 Handle change requests and follow the client’s change management process.

📊 Present product-related data in meetings & suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

📈 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

🏦 Experience in the banking, financial, or insurance sector is preferred.

🔁 Solid understanding of Agile Μethodology.

🧮 Proficiency in MS Office tools.

🗣️ Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken)
