We’re are looking for an ambitious and self-driven IT Business Analyst to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the banking industry.

As an IT Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions related to access to information systems and their configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business unit and/or IT to analyze and define specifications, ensuring that the proposed approach minimizes operational risk.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for access and parameter management.
• Monitor the progress of assigned projects.
• Draft regulatory documentation (manuals, internal procedures, etc.).
• Design roles within systems.
• Design parameterized screens.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant position preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Team-oriented mindset with focus on cross-departmental collaboration.
• Project management and monitoring skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Very good command of the English language.
