We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on behalf of one of our top clients, leader in the education industry.

As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the CRM system implementation project.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and monitoring of the project timeline.
• Budget and resource management, ensuring the project remains within scope.
• Development and implementation of strategies to address risks and resolve issues.
• Communication with Senior management and the contractor company.
• Facilitation of meetings and progress updates with stakeholders.
• Supervision of the technical team for the installation and configuration of systems.
• Review of deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
• Designing a change management strategy for transitioning to new systems.
• Organizing training sessions for users and administrative staff.

Requirements:

• BSc and /or MSc degree in Information Technology or Business Management (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven experience working on Waterfall & Agile projects.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing project plans & risk management.
• Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships, and drive collaboration across business teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate effectively and influence
• Very good knowledge of English (written & oral).
