On behalf of a government organization, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of major IT & Telecommunications projects, based in Limassol.

What You’ll Do:

🧠 Lead complex IT & Telecommunications projects for a public-sector institution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

📊 Monitor timelines, resources & deliverables, and report progress with actionable insights.

📬 Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders & vendors to ensure smooth project communication.

🧪 Ensure quality & compliance with technical, contractual and regulatory standards.

🚨 Identify risks & manage issues proactively to maintain project stability.

📎 Draft reports, letters & documentation to support governance and procurement processes.

📈 Evaluate results & suggest improvements, contributing to future project planning.

🔧 Maintain hands-on technical awareness to resolve challenges effectively across all assigned projects.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education:

• University Degree, Master Degree or Equivalent Qualification in Computer Science or any related field.

🏅 Certifications:

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certification.

💼 Experience:

• At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Consultant in IT or Telecommunications.

🗣️ Language Skills:

• Fluent in Greek & English (written & spoken).

Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting to changing priorities.
Leadership & Motivational Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team towards successful project outcomes.
