We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented IT Support Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues within the organization. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and effective resolution of technical problems, while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal users experiencing IT issues.
  • Provide first-level support and resolve user incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up and configure workstations and peripheral devices.
  • Provide basic administration support for Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Networks, Switches, Servers, and Firewalls.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical issue resolution.
  • Cooperating and supporting System Engineers and other IT department team members

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Prior relevant experience in a similar IT support role will be considered an advantage.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux Server environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server.
  • Experience with VMware virtualization.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure including Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
  • Proficiency in both Greek and English (verbal and written).
