We are looking for an IT Support Technician, who will be responsible for the configuration, technical support and maintenance / upgrades of the electronic system, in Nicosia, Cyprus.

What You’ll Do:

💻 System Configuration & Support: Configure, install & troubleshoot IT hardware, software and networks.
🖨️ Devices Management: Set up, maintain and optimize printers & scanners.
🔧 Technical Support: Handle complex on-site and remote issues, providing expert assistance.
🔄 Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform system updates, Windows installations and network configurations.
📧 Accounts & Productivity Tools: Support Microsoft Office, Active Directory & email systems.
💻 Software & Security Management: Install and update software, antivirus and security patches.
🔍 Problem Solving & Escalation: Analyze issues, provide solutions and escalate when required.
📅 User Assistance: Deliver proactive support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education:
• Diploma (2 years) or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

💼 Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in configuration, technical support, maintenance and system updates.

💻 Technical Skills:

• Hardware Troubleshooting – PCs, laptops, printers, scanners
• Network Configuration – routers, switches, wireless networks
• Software Installation & Updates – Windows, antivirus, drivers, browsers
• Microsoft Office & Email Systems – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Active Directory, Domino/Exchange
• System Maintenance & Upgrades – Windows installations, patches, system updates
• Problem Analysis & Escalation – root-cause analysis, vendor coordination
• Peripheral Device Management – printers, scanners and other devices

🧠 Soft Skills:

• Communication – clear and effective with users and team
• Problem-Solving – analytical and solution-oriented
• Time Management – handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Adaptability – flexible with new technologies and processes
• Teamwork – collaborate effectively with colleagues

🗣️Languages: Fluent in Greek & English (written & spoken).
