Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive the alignment of business goals with innovative financial solutions. This role offers a hybrid working environment and centers around the integration, optimization, and management of loan systems and banking payment instrument products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient digital payment experiences and seamless system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, with a focus on card payments and digital transaction processes.

• Requirements Analysis & Documentation: Elicit and validate functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Testing: Support of Third Party Payment Portals (Client side) & understanding of API calls to execute Postman scenarios

• Process Improvement: Support for 2nd level support / troubleshooting issues, assisting business users and external partners in operations, as well as routing their requests. Preparation of user manuals for applications & systems

• Industry Awareness: Keep up with trends in digital payments, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes to help shape strategic direction.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Build strong relationships across departments to ensure project alignment and cohesive implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Economics, Management, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Ability to draft clear and detailed business and functional requirements (a plus).

• Proven experience at least 1 year in test planning and coordination, including documenting test scenarios and results.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
