We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Monitoring Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational technical skills and a strong interest in monitoring and infrastructure tools to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of monitoring systems.
• Assist in the collection, processing, and visualization of system logs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and administration tasks on Linux-based servers.
• Contribute to network monitoring activities,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help maintain the health and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Escalate issues appropriately and follow up on resolution in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Zabbix or Nagios.
• Familiarity with logging and visualization tools such as Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Grafana.
• Basic understanding of Linux server operations.
• Foundational knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TLS, and virtualization.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to work in shifts.
