Are you an IT Support professional with experience in telecom operations, Alaris, and DID numbering for SMS services? Join our team and contribute to the smooth operation, monitoring, and support of our technical systems and services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT and telecom-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor systems and services to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents affecting service availability and performance.
• Support DID numbering configuration and management for SMS services.
• Work with the Alaris platform to support daily operations, configurations, and troubleshooting activities.
• Investigate SMS delivery issues and connectivity problems, coordinating with relevant teams and service providers when required.
• Log, track, and document incidents, technical issues, and their resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
• Assist with routine system checks, operational maintenance, and continuous service improvement.

🔹 Key Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in DID numbering for SMS services.
• Strong proficiency in Alaris.
• Experience in telecommunications operations and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.
