Oracle APEX Developer – Public Sector Project in Belgium

We are seeking an Oracle APEX Developer to join a multidisciplinary technical team delivering a large-scale IT project within an Agile/Scrum environment for a public sector organization in Belgium

The assignment is part of a European public tender framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Oracle APEX
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and fellow developers in a Scrum team
• Analyze technical requirements and implement efficient solutions using APEX and PL/SQL
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and deliveries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Database
• Expertise in secure coding techniques (OWASP), UX/UI design, and API integration with other platforms (Webflow, Odoo, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Good command of English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in public sector or international IT projects
• Basic understanding of French or Dutch is a plus
