Your Role:

As a Power BI Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of data-driven applications and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance data visualization tools and ensure efficient data pipelines. Your work will help provide insights that drive informed decision-making on a global scale.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and manage data pipelines using xMart and adapt data models based on predefined schemas and organizational guidelines.

• Design, update, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Develop and support Microsoft PowerApps and SharePoint List applications to streamline internal workflows.

• Utilize your understanding of HTML and front-end principles to support interactive tools and visual enhancements.

• Ensure solutions align with business needs and adhere to pre-approved report structures and platforms.

• Maintain transparent communication and provide prompt feedback when decisions may impact cost, timelines, or system integrity.

• Operate effectively across the Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

• Stay aligned with collaboration protocols, using the designated workspace efficiently.

• Keep up with industry trends, integrating innovative solutions into your work practices.

• Support and enable business stakeholders, collaborating closely with IT and non-technical users.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in developing Power BI and Microsoft-based solutions.

• Solid knowledge in data modeling and pipeline configuration, particularly with xMart or similar platforms.

• Practical experience in PowerApps, SharePoint Lists, and basic HTML development.

• Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles and visual data presentation.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• Previous experience in international or UN-like environments is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
