We are looking for a talented Project Manager for one of our major clients in the Banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (stakeholders, business analysts, developers) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience within the banking sector.
• PMP/Prince II certification will be considered a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of secure project lifecycle process and implementations in past positions
• Knowledge of IT Project essentials (Planning, administration and risk assessment, communication/escalation)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
