We are looking for a skilled QA Tester to join our team of IT professionals on behalf of one of our major clients in the banking sector, based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute test strategies and test plans to ensure product quality and reliability.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across multiple platforms.

• Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating closely with development teams to drive resolution.

• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations to enhance system performance and usability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and bug tracking systems.
• Experience in SQL and API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
