We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team on behalf of a major client in banking sector.

As a Scrum Master you will play a pivotal role in the client’s digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of digital banking initiatives, ensuring that Agile principles and practices are effectively applied to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous progress and improvement.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team productivity and progress, enabling teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Advocate and coach teams on Agile methodologies, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Act as the primary liaison between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, such as team velocity and sprint progress, to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Lead efforts to continually improve team processes and practices, encouraging innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong focus on digital banking projects or in the financial services sector.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with Scrum practices.
• Solid understanding of the banking or financial services industry, with the ability to navigate its unique challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and drive effective solutions.
• Experience working closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
