We are currently seeking a talented Scrum Master/Change Manager on behalf of a major International Organisation.

 

Location: remote (but in a time zone difference up to 3 hours from Geneva)

Seniority: mid/senior (at least 5 years of relevant experience)

Language: excellent command of English is essential (French desirable, but not mandatory)

 

Start date: 02/02/2026

Job Profile

The Organisation has invested in a modern Digital Workplace built on Microsoft 365—including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Stream, Clipchamp, Viva, Copilot, AI-powered assistance (e.g., Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio) Power Apps and productivity applications — to support collaboration, communication, and workflow optimisation. To ensure these tools are utilised effectively, support is needed to build digital dexterity, improve confidence with technology, and enable staff to work more efficiently in a leaner environment.

 

Essential knowledge and skills

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
  • Being a self-starter, proactive, and work independently without detailed supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Clipchamp, Stream, Viva, Power Apps and Copilot for M365.
  • Graphic design/visualisation creation and editing skills using tools like Canva, photoshop and/or others.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms.
  • Expertise in digital adoption, change enablement, and end-user capability-building.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organisational and documentation skills.

Education qualifications
Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Education, Change Management, or a related field; OR equivalent professional experience.

Desirable

  • Certification/training in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, MS-700 Managing Microsoft Teams, PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals, AI-900 Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, SC-900 Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals) or equivalent.
  • Training, coaching, or instructional design qualifications.
  • Formal training or certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR).
  • Certification in graphic designs, photoshop, other communications and design tools.

Experience required
Essential

  • At least 5 years demonstrated experience in digital adoption, user enablement, digital workplace consulting, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with organisational change, communication planning, or business transformation initiatives, especially with senior stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training and user support.
  • Experience designing and delivering engaging learning content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with digital analytics, user research, or service-design methodologies.
  • Experience in hybrid/remote workforce enablement programmes.

Desirable

  • Experience working in large and complex multicultural organisations.
  • Involvement in AI-assisted business process change or Copilot deployment.
  • Experience with the Cornerstone learning platform.

Language skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Basic knowledge in French is desirable, but not mandatory.

Other essential IT skills

  • Strong proficiency with online collaboration and knowledge-management tools.
  • Ability to create high-quality instructional content using tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Stream, Clipchamp, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
  • Awareness of digital security, compliance, data governance principles and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
