We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team, on behalf of one of our major clients in the Banking sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project alignment with business goals and objectives within the retail banking domain. This role offers a hybrid working model and a growth-oriented environment, where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the world of Banking.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects align with business goals and objectives, specifically within the context of banking retail services and solutions.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with customer stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by collaborating with business stakeholders to define test scenarios, ensuring the system meets business requirements, and facilitating the resolution of any issues or discrepancies during testing phases.
- Develop and maintain detailed Functional Specifications (or FRD) documents that clearly outline system features, business rules, and technical specifications, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the solution and its intended outcomes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD), capturing detailed business needs, objectives, and expectations from stakeholders, ensuring that all requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals, while serving as a foundation for subsequent design and development phases.
- Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to analyze and optimize banking processes in wealth management, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance with regional and global standards.
- Participate in the design, analysis, and optimization of retail banking systems, ensuring that they meet the business requirements and align with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Participate in planning meetings, offering clarifications and helping set priorities for the team.
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure alignment with overall strategic initiatives and improve service delivery to clients.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, summarizing analysis, findings, and proposed solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in business systems analysis, within Banking industry.
- Experience in Banking Payment Instrument products such as Cards, NPL and wealth management will be a strong plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and cooperative attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and technical teams.
