We are currently looking for a talented Senior IT Technical Project Manager for one of our major clients in the Telecommunications sector.

Location: Athens, Greece

Working mode: mainly on premise

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical projects by collaborating closely with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and successfully.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Facilitate timely and efficient communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risk evaluations, and issue resolutions.
• Monitor project progress and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
• Adhere to project management standards and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the project team.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management or a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring team members to achieve project objectives.
• Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
