On behalf of our client in the Banking sector, we are looking for a Front-End Software Developer to join their IT team in Nicosia, Cyprus, offering a flexible Hybrid Work Model.

Purpose of the Position:
As a Front-End Software Developer, you will be part of a dynamic IT team, contributing to the development of high-quality digital products and services that enhance the bank’s customer experience and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, Develop & Deploy scalable web and mobile applications using modern technologies such as React Js, React Native, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Problem-Solve by identifying and resolving software and technical defects to ensure seamless system operations.
• Document & Present your work by preparing technical documentation and presenting solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Promote Innovation by fostering a culture of experimentation and fast iteration through testable, production-ready code.
• Learn & Grow by participating in in-house and external training programs to keep up with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and support high-quality software delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education

University Degree in Computer Science or related field.

💼 Experience

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software development.

💻 Technical Knowledge

• Proficiency in React Js, React Native, Node.js and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control tools (GIT/TFS).
• Experience with mobile technologies will be considered an advantage.
• Coding Excellence: Ability to write high-performance, production-quality code within set timeframes.
