We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the insurance industry.

As a Technical Business Analyst you will help the project teams to identify business needs, recommend solutions, develop, and manage requirements. You should manage the life cycle of projects by continuous monitoring and documenting, communicating the requirements appropriately to involved stakeholders and assessing how well the delivered solutions fulfil the requirements and meet the business need.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business and IT concepts, best practices, and functions to support technical solutions and solve technical challenges.
  • Understand services, DB schemas and integration processes between systems of different technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements.
  • Map processes and use cases and analyze business cases.
  • Manage stakeholders, users and conduct requirement workshops.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Guide the technical teams and developers in project development streams.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the implementation phase.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related technology field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience in the Insurance Industry will be considered as a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of business and IT concepts, best practices, and functions.
  • Understanding of services, DB schemas and integration processes between systems of different technologies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in documenting functional and technical requirements for the development team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and a “can do”.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
