We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology Delivery Manager – Project Manager to lead the implementation of cutting-edge technology projects for our clients in the global casino and gambling industry.
In this role, you will manage multiple technical projects, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and customer satisfaction while navigating the unique operational and regulatory environments of gaming establishments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the successful implementation of technical projects for customers worldwide.

  • Proactively engage and coordinate internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders to achieve project goals.

  • Manage the Demand/Change Management process, from receiving project requirements to preparing and submitting technical proposals.

  • Mobilize and orchestrate internal resources across multiple departments to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Produce detailed project reports and updates for both customers and senior management, including KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Identify risks and issues early, and work proactively to resolve them.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.

  • Travel frequently to client locations as needed for project success.

Requirements
