We are currently looking for a talented SAP Basis Engineer on behalf of one of our major clients in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support SAP systems including S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, CPI, and BW.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and migrations in SAP environments.
• Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization.
• Manage user roles and authorizations ensuring security compliance.
• Coordinate transport requests across SAP landscapes.
• Develop and execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with functional and development teams to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Basis components (S/4HANA, ECC, etc.).
• Proficiency in SAP HANA. Strong understanding of other databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with Linux, Unix, or Windows OS for SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud Connector, and SAP Fiori.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for SAP deployments is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
