We are currently looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team on behalf of one of our top clients, leader in the education industry.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and liaising with the technical team for the implementation of the CRM system.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document and validate business requirements from stakeholders;
• Create specifications and preapare the Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Analyzing and defining data to be migrated from existing systems to the new system.
• Creating procedures for data migration and data cleansing.
• Providing clear instructions to developers and collaborate with the development team.
• Reviewing and testing system functionality to ensure requirements are met.
• Providing regular updates on the progress of analysis and implementation.
• Supporting stakeholders with inquiries and feedback.
• Creating user manuals and procedures for the new systems.
• Conducting training sessions for users and administrators.

Requirements:

• BSc and /or MSc degree in Information Technology or Business Management (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience working on Waterfall & Agile projects.
• Previous experience with implementation of the CRM systems will be considered a plus.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing use cases & test scenarios.
• Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships, and drive collaboration across business teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate effectively and influence.
• Very good knowledge of English (written & oral).
