Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Tech Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and support a high-impact project within the banking sector. This role focuses on the integration, optimization, and management of digital banking systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
You will be working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, configure, and optimize workflows, ensuring alignment with business processes and regulatory requirements.

Gain in-depth knowledge of digital banking workflows to deliver effective solutions.

Define and manage the backlog of features, enhancements, and defects.

Create test scenarios, draft User stories and participate in UAT.

Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.

Support test planning and execution (including API testing using Postman).

Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming).

Assist in 2nd-level support and troubleshooting of banking systems.

Maintain project documentation and prepare user manuals and operational guides.

Keep abreast of industry trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
-
2–3 years of experience in IT or software development environments.
-
Familiarity with both functional and non-functional requirements documentation.

Understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Waterfall).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Completion of military obligations (if applicable).

Experience with Management Systems, Appian workflows, or regulatory applications.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and business analysis/modeling tools.
-
Candidates with 2–3 years of experience as a Tech Business Analyst in the banking industry will be preferred.
