Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Tech Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and support a high-impact project within the banking sector. This role focuses on the integration, optimization, and management of digital banking systems, ensuring seamless functionality.

You will be working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate with development teams to design, configure, and optimize workflows, ensuring alignment with business processes and regulatory requirements.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of digital banking workflows to deliver effective solutions.

• Define and manage the backlog of features, enhancements, and defects.

• Create test scenarios, draft User stories and participate in UAT.

• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.

• Support test planning and execution (including API testing using Postman).

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming).

• Assist in 2nd-level support and troubleshooting of banking systems.

• Maintain project documentation and prepare user manuals and operational guides.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in IT or software development environments.

• Familiarity with both functional and non-functional requirements documentation.

• Understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Waterfall).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Completion of military obligations (if applicable).

• Experience with Management Systems, Appian workflows, or regulatory applications.

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and business analysis/modeling tools.

• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience as a Tech Business Analyst in the banking industry will be preferred.
