We are seeking a talented and dynamic Manual Tester/ Busisness Analyst to join our team and drive the alignment of business goals with cutting-edge financial solutions. This role offers a flexible working environment and focuses on the integration, optimization, and management of both loan systems and Banking Payment Instrument products, with a strong emphasis on delivering seamless digital payment experiences and ensuring system efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manual Testing: Develop and execute detailed test scenarios and cases, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure issues are resolved before deployment.
- iApply incident management.
- Testing of iApply implementations communicating with new core systems of the bank (COSMOS).
- Business Requirement Documentation: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with customer stakeholders.
- Technical Communication: Communicate with technical teams to assess the feasibility and efficiency of proposed functionalities related to digital payment systems and credit card transaction management.
- Functional Design & Test Cases: Document the functional design of the system, providing clear and comprehensive guidance for implementation and future needs. Craft detailed scenarios and user test cases to rigorously assess system functionality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business systems analysis or in manual testing, preferably within Banking industry.
- Experience with Appian and iApply incident management
- Familiarity with Core Banking Systems is considered a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and cooperative attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and technical teams.
