We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer – SharePoint / .NET / Angular to join our team on behalf of a European organization based in Polland, but fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software systems.
  • Lead and coordinate technical development teams.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs and architecture.
  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and quality.
  • Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Estimate effort and development time for new features.
  • Define and implement software development standards and best practices.
  • Propose effective technical solutions for business needs and technical challenges.
  • Collect and interpret software metrics; manage configuration and releases.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment.
  • Develop and execute testing tools and methods.
  • Prototype new solutions and act as 2nd and 3rd line support when required.

 

Requirements & Skills:

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in ICT or related field (mandatory).
  • At least one advanced-level certification in software development technology or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of IT-related professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of project experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in at least:
    • Two projects involving ICT solutions for knowledge management, workflows, or digital collaboration (e.g., document management systems).
    • Two projects focused on business process design and management.
  • At least 5 years’ experience with:
    • Angular framework
    • .NET technologies
    • SharePoint-based systems

Technical Skills

  • Expert in full software development lifecycle (design, implementation, deployment).
  • Strong knowledge of UML and application design.
  • Proficiency in developing data, business logic, and UI layers.
  • Experience in Scrum/agile development environments.
  • Ability to lead technical teams and document technical solutions effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in performance optimization, security, and quality assurance.

Languages

  • English level: B2 or higher.
